Program Delivered
First, we will send a phlebotomist directly to your home or office to gather a 15-panel biomarker test. This includes looking at your:
• Cardio Metabolic Heart Health
• Thyroid
• hs CRP (inflammation)
• Vitamin D3

About 2-3 weeks later you will meet with your physician for a virtual evaluation. We will translate your results and review your program with you. Your bloodwork and evaluation process are $695.

Next, you are able to enroll in an ongoing monthly program. This includes your GLP-1 agonist medication (if prescribed)  shipped to you, as well as nutraceuticals, medical management, ongoing bloodwork cost, and access to our app. The cost for ongoing care is $549 a month.

Why GLP-1 Agonists
GLP-1 Agonists are the first once-weekly medication in its class that’s FDA-approved to help with chronic weight management. It works best when used in combination with a healthy diet and exercise.
The largest clinical trial showed that people taking GLP-1 Agonists lost an average of almost 15% of their initial body weight — about 12% more than those who didn’t take the medication.
GLP-1 is an incretin hormone that plays a role in your appetite and digestion. Incretins — hormones released by your digestive tract — are sent out by your body after you’ve eaten a meal. They help lower your blood sugar by triggering insulin release and blocking sugar production. They also slow down how quickly food leaves your stomach (called gastric emptying).
The result of these actions causes you to feel full — lowering your appetite and causing you to lose weight. Medications like GLP-1 agonists are referred to as incretin mimetics since they “mimic” these effects.
Our patients experience more so a loss in “inches” due to the fact this targets visceral fat, but on average patients lost about 1-3 lbs. a week.

Access to Cenegenics App
You will receive access to the Cenegenics nutrition and fitness app, which evaluates your current dietary habits and suggest solutions to help facilitate your weight loss process. Key concepts will be addressed and include food selection, calorie and meal frequency, and macronutrient balance. In addition, workouts will be provided. You will have full access to track your workouts, nutrition, fitness targets, progress photos, and much more through our app.

Medical Management
Your ongoing program includes medical management and reoccurring labs every four months. You will be partnered with Dr. Kelly Roan, a board-certified Medical Doctor and certified Age Management Medicine Physician.
